The latest one to join the group was PointCrow\u2019s pet goldfish, Tortellini, who beat Malenia\u2019s first phase like a champ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The YouTuber set up a machine to translate his goldfish movement into a control input, which in turn made the character move. PointCrow has also streamed his pet\u2019s progress on his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.twitch.tv\/videos\/1861683916\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Twitch channel<\/a> so his fans can follow Tortellini&#8217;s incredible yet absurd journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">my goldfish beat the first phase of malenia LMAO <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/d0FD6jHg0U\">pic.twitter.com\/d0FD6jHg0U<\/a><\/p>&mdash; eric pointcrow (@PointCrow) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/PointCrow\/status\/1676280763304792064?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">July 4, 2023<\/a><\/blockquote><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Of course, PointCrow does not expect his goldfish to beat <a href=\"https:\/\/twinfinite.net\/reviews\/elden-ring-review\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Elden Ring<\/a> like a regular human. He installed the Elden Ring Boss Arena mod so his pet can face each boss without the hassle of stumbling around blindly in the Lands Between. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While it is nigh impossible for Tortellini to understand what is occurring, the fact that a fish was able to defeat the <a href=\"https:\/\/twinfinite.net\/news\/elden-ring-statistics-boast-over-9-billion-deaths-malenia-is-the-worst\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hardest boss in the game<\/a> accidentally is a feat on its own. Sadly, PointCrow&#8217;s pet could not progress further during the five-and-a-half-hour stream because the fish got stuck in Malenia&#8217;s second phase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Goddess of Rot is not the only one who has fallen to the Tarnished goldfish&#8217;s blade. So far, Tortellini has beat the tutorial Soldier of Godrick, Margit, and Godrick the Grafted. Perhaps our brave goldfish will attempt to face the deadly <a href=\"https:\/\/twinfinite.net\/guides\/elden-ring-starscourge-radahn-boss-fight-how-beat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Starscourge Radahn<\/a> next?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anyway, if you&#8217;re not interested in watching the lengthy stream, you can wait for PointCrow to release a YouTube video soon.
